These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the CompoConnect website (“Platform”), operated by CompoConnect. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
CompoConnect is a job board specializing in the composites, motorsport, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing industries. The Platform aggregates job listings from employer career pages and presents them in a centralized, searchable format.
CompoConnect does not act as an employer or recruitment agency. All job listings are sourced directly from the respective employers’ websites. Applications are submitted directly to the employer — not through CompoConnect.
3. User Obligations
Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users shall not:
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Platform without prior written consent
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization
- Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security
- Provide false or misleading information
4. Job Listings
CompoConnect aggregates job listings from publicly available employer career pages. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all listings are current, complete, or error-free. Job details, including compensation, location, and requirements, are provided by the respective employers.
CompoConnect reserves the right to remove or modify any listing at its sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — are the property of CompoConnect or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
CompoConnect provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompoConnect disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
CompoConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or employment decisions based on Platform content.
7. External Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including employer career pages. CompoConnect is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.
8. Modifications
CompoConnect reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of CompoConnect.
